What You’ll Do
- Research, plan, and create sports betting and online casino content (manual and through optimized AI tools/workflows)
- Write and edit in-depth articles, guides, and evergreen resources that provide lasting value
- Stay current on SEO, AEO, and iGaming trends to keep content relevant and competitive
- Use analytics to find content gaps and growth opportunities
- Implement SEO and AEO best practices so content ranks in search engines and performs well in LLM-driven discovery
- Conduct keyword research to identify topics and phrases that match audience intent
- Perform competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to inform content strategy
- Review and refresh existing content for accuracy, compliance, and performance
- Collaborate with Social, Design, PR, Marketing, and other partners to promote content across channels
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, growth goals, compliance requirements, and marketing standards
What You Need
- 2–3 years experience as a content writer/editor (sports betting or casino content is a strong plus)
- Strong research skills and the ability to simplify complex topics clearly
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and hands-on optimization experience
- Experience using LLMs and AI-powered content tools
- Excellent writing and communication skills (detail-heavy, error-free work)
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and hit deadlines
- WordPress CMS proficiency
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google web analytics tools
- Bonus: Knowledge of sports, sports betting, and casino gaming
