What You’ll Do
⦁ Research and resolve inquiries, issues, and escalations tied to the Quantum Program
⦁ Serve as a single point-of-contact, primarily through external written communications
⦁ Manage a caseload of members and take full ownership of each case until resolution
⦁ Identify issues accurately and recommend clear resolution options
⦁ Maintain strong client and member focus to ensure satisfaction
⦁ Work independently inside Meritain systems to document actions and outcomes

What You Need
⦁ 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration
⦁ Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively
⦁ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
⦁ Communication skills that are clear, professional, and member-friendly
⦁ High school diploma or GED
