The primary function of this position is to provide customer service and technical support to sellers whose products are sold in Walmart’s online store. We store and fulfill the seller’s orders through Walmart Fulfillment Centers to ensure a vast assortment and faster delivery.
A typical day may include:
Assisting with product descriptions
Resolving damaged or incomplete shipments
Provide order status updates
Technical troubleshooting
Availability needed for this position:
Training is from Monday – Friday, 8AM-4:30 PM MST for 4-5 weeks.
This is a full-time position with hours of operation being 5AM-10PM MST, 7 days per week. Your schedule will fall between these hours of operation.

6 months experience with basic computer processing/data entry software.
