What You’ll Do

⦁ Develop and maintain a comprehensive KPI framework for payments performance, giving leadership clear visibility into trends, risks, and growth opportunities

⦁ Deliver actionable insights on payments attachment, profitability, segmentation, onboarding, compliance, and go-to-market effectiveness

⦁ Build dashboards, reports, and models that translate complex data into simple, decision-ready insights for senior leaders

⦁ Lead cross-functional projects with Finance, BI, Engineering, Sales/Marketing, and Customer Success to drive operational efficiency and payments revenue growth

⦁ Monitor external payments and healthcare market trends and connect them to PracticeTek’s strategy, product performance, and roadmap decisions

⦁ Ensure all analysis and recommendations comply with PCI, HIPAA, and other payment data security and privacy requirements

What You Need

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, operations management, statistics, or related field; MBA is a plus

⦁ 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, payments, SaaS, or healthcare technology with a track record of measurable impact

⦁ Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel and proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and Salesforce

⦁ Proven experience creating KPI frameworks and turning data into strategic, executive-ready insights and recommendations

⦁ Ability to clearly connect data-driven findings to business outcomes like revenue growth, profitability, and product adoption

⦁ Solid understanding of compliance and data security standards related to payments (PCI, HIPAA, etc.)

⦁ Strategic mindset and trusted advisor presence with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders

⦁ Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complex analytics into clear, confident guidance
