Sr. Medicare Telesales Agent

Bloom, the insurance industry’s trusted growth partner, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Sr. Sales Agent to qualify, educate and enroll prospects. Act as a subject matter expert within the program to provide elevated support to callers and new hires through peer mentorship.
We are looking for an exceptional leader who can:
- Assist with the acclimation of new associates to the program and general best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert within the program to provide elevated support to callers and new hires through peer mentorship.
- Assist callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound/outbound calls to sell health insurance plans with Bloom’s sales techniques.
- Help individuals select the right health insurance plan that fits their needs by applying working knowledge of product plans and general industry information.
- Provide accurate information to prospects using Bloom’s quality and compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with prospects and plan members over the phone, and virtually with co-workers and management personnel.
- Maintain 95% Quality Score or greater.
- Remain in the top quadrant for sales production and conversion each month.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years’ Medicare Sales Experience
- Minimum 3 months as a Bloom Licensed Health Plan Advisor
- Active Health and Life Insurance license required
Skills and Abilities
- Motivated self-starter, performance-driven and solutions-oriented mindset
- Extensive sales acumen
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and good team player
- A solid understanding of quality assurance as part of the software development process
- Time management skills and experience working with low oversight
- Experience developing automated test scripts
