- Collaborative cross-team role (Sales, RevOps, and Marketing)
What You’ll Do
- Lead marketing analytics and performance reporting across all channels
- Build and refine attribution models, funnels, scoring, and reporting dashboards
- Partner with Sales & RevOps to forecast pipeline, track lifecycle stages, and improve conversion
- Drive A/B testing, campaign optimization, and content/SEO performance analysis
- Own marketing tech stack including HubSpot, GA, SEMRush, Meltwater, and related tools
What You Need
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing analytics or marketing ops
- Deep HubSpot expertise (automation, reporting, workflows, lead routing)
- Strong data storytelling abilities — can translate metrics into action
- Experience working with revenue teams and forecasting models
- Familiarity with attribution modeling & SQL; comfort using AI tools for reporting
