Where do you fit in?
To provide a full, professional, and confidential HR support service to the Company. To provide support to other offices as required. Work closely with the Talent Business Partners and other HR Specialist teams to ensure that administration processes are efficiently executed. Provide first-line support in answering simple HR queries.
As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the HR Business Partner team with HR administration to support the delivery of HR objectives through the entire employee lifecycle.
- Act as ‘face of HR’ for 1st line HR queries (including simple disciplinary and employee relations questions), researching and answering where possible, escalating where not.
- Provide general administrative support to the function including investigation meeting attendance and taking accurate and concise notes/minutes.
- Prepare employee communications (including letters and contracts) so that the correct information is included in an easy-to-understand format. Initiate and complete pre-employment screening.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic employee records and data to assist in the delivery of a best-in-class HR service.
- Input, maintain, and update employee information on the HR database, conducting regular checks to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality is maintained.
- Attain SuperUser capability on the HRIS, teach and coach others in system usage, and work with the HR Technology team to look for and implement process improvement or automation opportunities.
- To update job knowledge by keeping current with regulations and accepted practices; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and sharing findings across functions to ensure ongoing delivery improvement.
- Prepares, checks, and submits payroll, working with Finance and Payroll providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Deliver local onboarding training to the new employees to gain a good understanding of legal requirements& internal standards.
- Assist Talent Business Partner in supporting/implementing engagement actions in accordance with global initiatives.
- Any other duties and responsibilities consistent with the role.
You’ll need to bring:
- Advanced Excel, Outlook, and Word skills, with the ability to analyze and record data accurately.
- Proven HRIS experience and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter who is detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with a “can-do attitude” who contributes to the overall success of the HR function.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- A professional attitude and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- A desire to improve processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced HR function, able to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

- Exposure to key HR Disciplines – Talent Management, Reward, Employee Relations, Onboarding, etc. – and experience and confidence in discussing these and collaborating with line managers.
- Hold or be working towards professional HR certification.
- Aptitude to work in a global organization.
