Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Data Analyst to support our sales teams by transforming raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing sales funnels, tracking lead conversion metrics, and generating data-driven recommendations to optimize performance. Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and a solid understanding of sales pipeline analytics are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales funnel performance across multiple channels (lead acquisition to conversion).
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and conversion rates.
Use SQL to query databases and extract insights on customer behavior, sales trends, and pipeline health.
Develop Excel models to forecast sales, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI and interpret funnel experiments.
Create and maintain documentation of metrics definitions and data processes.
Required Qualifications:
7 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
Experience in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and charting.
Strong experience with sales funnel concepts and performance metrics (e.g., lead-to-opportunity, conversion rate, CAC, LTV).
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into business insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Exposure to BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
