Take on a key role helping health plan members access the care and services they need. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and ensure an excellent member experience while meeting daily performance goals.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday – Friday
- 9:00am – 6:00pm EST (with flexibility)
- Occasional overtime or weekends may be required
- 4 weeks of paid, virtual training during business hours
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to review health plan member eligibility for services
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quality and production goals
- Follow call handling procedures and maintain call quality standards
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Provide step-by-step instructions to simplify complex processes for members
- Stay current with regulatory requirements and complete assigned Optum training
What You Need
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience working with quality and production goals
- 1+ years of call center or high-volume call management experience
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications and ability to learn new systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Availability to work assigned shifts between 9:00am – 6:00pm EST, Monday – Friday
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of eligibility and finance processes in healthcare
