Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (West Coast travel as needed)
- Standard weekday business hours, aligned to client needs and project demands
- Occasional travel to client sites for strategy sessions, reviews, and key meetings
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary strategic liaison between R1 and senior client stakeholders across the full revenue cycle
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships while anticipating client needs and aligning solutions
- Lead complex, cross-functional RCM projects end-to-end, from planning and scoping through execution and delivery
- Oversee work across patient access, registration, billing, collections, and denial management
- Coordinate with operations, technology, and analytics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and process improvement within R1 and client operations
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, business reviews, and performance updates
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
What You Need
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, client management, consulting, or a related field
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects in a senior role
- Deep understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle management processes and industry best practices
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies; PMP strongly preferred
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and functions, with willingness to travel on the West Coast as needed

- Base pay range: 100,838.24 to 127,950.31 dollars per year (depending on experience, skills, and location)
