Cardio Partners, a division of Sarnova, is seeking a Senior Customer Care Representative to handle inbound calls, process orders, and resolve customer inquiries across multiple business lines. This fully remote role requires empathy, accuracy, and strong communication skills to deliver excellent service on behalf of our customers.

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Send order confirmations and provide customers with regular updates
- Review and adjust orders to ensure fulfillment without delays
- Handle special orders and provide pricing information as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries
- Explain products and services to support customer purchasing decisions
- Research and resolve billing, pricing, and shipping issues
- Authorize credits, rebills, or returns when necessary
- Support administrative tasks such as filing and documentation
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of customer service experience (call center or monitored/metrics-driven environment preferred)
- Strong computer skills, with knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to diffuse difficult situations
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience in distribution, emergency medical, or hospital-related industries a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote setting
