This is for somebody who speaks “coding + documentation” fluently and can help the whole team level up. You’ll assign medical codes, audit for accuracy, tighten documentation for reimbursement, and coach others so claims go out clean and revenue doesn’t leak.

This posting is expected to close December 19, 2025. If you’ve got the experience and you’re already doing coding clean enough that you can coach others, this is a strong “senior lane” move.
One real note: if you don’t already have coding credentials, you can still apply, but you’ll want to position yourself hard as “audit-minded + documentation hawk + process improver.” CBCS is listed as preferred for a reason.
