We’re hiring a Senior Coordinator, Contact Center to handle Tier 2 escalations and support smooth day-to-day operations. This role is key in ensuring staff, clients, and caregivers get timely solutions and accurate guidance.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
Responsibilities
- Manage Tier 2 calls and tickets, including staffing, rescheduling, and caregiver shift confirmations
- Troubleshoot escalated issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions following playbook guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and electronic health records
- Support markets with HR, IT, benefits, and policy clarification inquiries
- Assist with ticket flow management, preventing backlog, and guiding coordinators and BPO partners
- Act as subject matter expert, providing best practices and resolving complex issues
- Coordinate urgent escalations and clinical inquiries as needed
- Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service and contact center experience (scheduling experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills with professional phone manner
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to handle confidential data in compliance with HIPAA
