About the Role and the Department

As the Senior Associate, Implementation you will lead the implementation and launch of our new and renewing partnerships to build and sustain long-lasting program success for our Foundation and Corporate clients. Through these partnerships, our program launches bring Catchafire to thousands of organizations and employees world-wide and deliver on our critical mission to transform the nonprofit sector.

You will work collaboratively with Catchafire teammates across Revenue, Marketing, Events & Engagement, and Product. The person best suited for this role is naturally organized, passionate for working with clients, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and is a master project manager with strong attention to detail. You have a desire to learn about program design and implementation, client management, marketing strategy, and tech and product development.

Responsibilities of the Implementation, Senior Associate

  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts by recommending the right implementation approach and develop a plan to lead our client and program to long-term success with Catchafire
  • Take ownership of clients’ onboarding of Catchafire (what do our programs and technology look like)
    • Build, own, and execute client success and onboarding plans
    • Act as a project manager across teams to ensure timelines are met and that we are launching our programs within a 4 week time period
  • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with Catchafire
  • Provide advice and recommendations for Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Growth & Engagement, & Revenue on best practices, business process, deployment planning, and change management as it relates to the implementation phase 
  • Contribute to internal cross-functional improvement projects as it relates to launching and onboarding our clients

Experience / Background

In order to be successful in this role you must meet most, if not all, of the following needs: 

  • Min 3+ years of relevant work experience working on client facing, partnerships or program teams
  • Material project management experience including leading internal and external stakeholders
  • Acumen with presentation, spreadsheet, data, and task management tools
  • Comfort pulling, analyzing, and visualizing data 
  • Excellent creative problem solving and critical thinking ability
  • Experience in nonprofit and/or philanthropy OR experience working with analytics, marketing and/or technology teams

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and geography. The range for this position is $57,000 -$65,000
