Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for billing and collection inquiries
- Research and resolve complex customer issues across all business lines
- Perform full-cycle AR activities including billing, reconciliation, cash application, and exception handling
- Execute collection activities to maximize cash flow and ensure policy compliance
- Identify at-risk customers and collaborate with Sales, Management, and partners to resolve issues
- Analyze data to resolve billing disputes, recommend solutions, and prepare adjustments, refunds, and write-offs
- Create and review billing documentation; assist customers in understanding processes
- Prepare AR reports and trend analysis; escalate system or process issues when needed
- Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with financial controls
- Mentor and onboard new teammates as needed
Requirements
- 2–4 years of Accounts Receivable, Account Service, or Banking/Finance experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data evaluation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle detailed numerical work
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and ERP-based AR systems
- Clean credit history
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Accounts Receivable Specialist Certification
- Experience with SAP
