Schedule
Full-time | Remote (US) or New York-based | Pay: $30–$33.50/hr (Denver range)
What You’ll Do
- Provide first-class customer and technical support to sellers via phone and email.
- Help onboard new sellers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless marketplace experience.
- Manage multiple systems (including Salesforce/CRM tools) to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Partner with Sales, Partner Management, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve complex cases.
- Educate sellers on platform policies, tools, and best practices to build long-term relationships.
- Identify and anticipate seller needs to prevent escalations and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain strong communication and problem-solving under fast-paced conditions.
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, or e-commerce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to de-escalate, think critically, and solve problems independently.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Collaborative spirit and “company-first” mindset.
- Experience in the luxury goods space is a plus.
