What You’ll Do
- Provide customer and technical support via phone and email
- Onboard new sellers and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist Sales and Partner Managers with seller relationships
- Communicate policies and manage expectations with sellers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Logistics, and Finance
What You Need
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or e-commerce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and anticipate seller issues
- Calm and patient approach when handling escalations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience with luxury goods a plus
