- 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sun)
- 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat)
- 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sun)
Pay & Perks
- $18.27 to $24.00 per hour (base + uncapped incentives)
- $500 end-of-season bonus for meeting schedule adherence

What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve support needs in real-time
- Process customer payments when needed
- Document interactions accurately and follow up

- Bilingual: Spanish & English
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and tech skills
