Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers to conduct short, scripted surveys
- Accurately document responses and feedback in company systems
- Provide friendly, clear communication to ensure a positive experience
- Follow detailed scripts and maintain professionalism across all calls
- Handle basic system navigation and data entry
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (navigating multiple systems)
- Reliable, high-speed internet (10 Mbps download / 6 Mbps upload minimum)
- Wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not accepted)
- Windows 10 PC or laptop (no Mac, Chromebook, tablet, or smartphone)
- Two monitors (13” or larger), VoIP USB headset with mic, and webcam
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
