Schedule

Seasonal full-time remote role
Pay: $15 per hour
Must live in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
Requires a private home workspace and wired internet (minimum 10 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up)

What You’ll Do

Assist customers with product or service concerns
Document call details for auditing and reporting
Update customer accounts and information
Upsell qualifying customers on enhanced services

What You Need

High school diploma or GED
Customer service experience preferred
Healthcare background is a bonus but not required
Strong computer navigation skills
Comfort with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills
Professional, patient, and customer-focused
