A day in the life…

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for the Nordstrom company, providing world-class service to all Customers
  • Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone contacts
  • Provide Customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction via incoming phone contacts
  • Process orders and enter data into order entry system via incoming phone contacts
  • Track customer packages
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Reliable Internet connection with minimum required speeds of 5 MB/s upload and 50 MB/s download – Internet connection must be wired to modem; wireless internet connection not permitted
    • A quiet, distraction free, secure home workspace 
    • The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset
    • Participation in video calls using both the sound and video features of the video conference platform
