Summary
OSV is hiring 35 Seasonal Bilingual Benefits Specialists to join our Employee Services Team starting August/September and lasting through at least December. This is a call center role where you’ll handle benefits inquiries, process changes, and counsel employees on plan options. You must be flexible between 7am–7pm Central. Bilingual fluency in Spanish or French is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, timely service to internal and external customers
- Process benefit-related changes (life events, address updates, etc.)
- Resolve benefits administration issues with employees, vendors, and internal staff
- Counsel employees on plan features, eligibility, procedures, and premiums
- Reconcile monthly carrier invoices and report to customers

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–5 years of benefits-related experience or training
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish or French
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of group life and health insurance, Section 125, ERISA, and COBRA
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and HRIS platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
