Two Chicks With A Side Hustle

Who we are

Jellyvision ALEX®, is on a mission to improve lives by helping people choose and use their benefits. We are raising the bar—for benefits and the employee experience (for our employees and those of the customers we serve) – by scaling personalization, compassion and an earnest intent to be helpful in all that we do.

Jellyvision people are a group of creative problem solvers who use good judgment, give each other honest feedback, engage in real debate, and snack frequently. We are curious, hungry, and humble—because we know this is how we’ll continue to make an impact. We’re kind, biased towards action, and sweat the details to create great experiences for those we serve.

We are an inclusive, human-first workplace. Respect and trust for each other are foundational, and our equitable total rewards offerings support the lives and holistic well-being of our unique people. At Jellyvision, expect career experiences that challenge you, empower you to have a direct impact on our mission, and enable you to learn, try, and do while having fun along the way.

What’s the role?

Seasonal Benefits Communications Support humans help our Benefits Communication team deliver tailored versions of communications campaigns during their benefit election season. You’ll learn the basics of our tools, products, and processes — as well as health care benefits — to support our team in editing, project managing, and launching communications campaigns on behalf of our customers. This is a great opportunity to learn about how the technology industry leverages best practices from marketing and communications and uses them to help our customers educate their employees on their benefits and total rewards packages.

What you’ll do to be successful

1) Proactively take on tasks to help your colleagues deliver customer work on deadline

  • Use a fundamental level of knowledge of our tools, products, and processes to support the Benefits Communications team in editing and launching digital communications campaigns for their customers.
  • Proactively claim work from shared boards/channels, communicate your progress with the team, and complete the work accurately and on-time.
  • Configure internal tools (Jira, Salesforce, Figma, ActiveCampaign, Google Suite) for our customers and projects.
  • Help track progress and internally document campaign milestones and timelines.
  • Provide helpful and timely customer service to coworkers.

We’ll measure success by colleagues being able to trace steps taken and the internal delivery of various campaign components for different customers with ease from start to finish.

2) Be a stickler for details and quality assurance

  • Update written content to be error-free with a focus on accuracy and the end-user experience.
  • Edit written content for accuracy, spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors.
  • Generate test versions of the emails we send on behalf of our customers to their team members with an eye on QA: functioning and accurate links, correctly populated variable fields, and correct templates.

We’ll measure success by the Benefits Communications team achieving or being near their goal of launching an OE campaign for at least 47 customers.
