Schedule
• Full time, remote eligible (NYC or Remote)
• Supports 24/7 clinical operations (expect schedule work that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays coverage planning)
• Must be authorized to work in the US with no current or future visa sponsorship
What You’ll Do
• Confirm and compile clinician availability efficiently
• Build and maintain schedules across multiple service lines and clinics in all 50 states plus DC
• Ensure continuous 24/7 coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Coordinate real-time schedule changes, shift swaps, and coverage requests
• Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly to keep operations moving
• Update Fabric Notifications and Overflow schedules accurately
• Distribute finalized schedules to providers and key stakeholders
• Submit provider clinic permissions requests to the Support team as needed
What You Need
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
• 2+ years of scheduling experience
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Clear communication skills for coordinating with providers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while staying tightly aligned with the broader team
