Job Description:
- Daily scheduling of work orders by matching client requirements with Specialist certifications to ensure proper assignment.
- Monitor and ensure assessments are scheduled and completed within round dates and spread evenly throughout the established rounds
- Work with District Managers and Specialists to learn variables for particular areas, specialists and clients that affect efficient scheduling; incorporate into advance scheduling and subsequent adjustments
- Provide District/Operations Managers with route and client certification recommendations to ensure Specialists are fully utilized and productive
- Communicate with other departments to facilitate completion of scheduled work orders.
Job Requirements:
- MS Office application skills (especially Word and Excel; Access is bonus) and Google applications (docs, sheets, calendar, drive, etc.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelor degree is preferred
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
