Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule multi-party interviews, presentations, and meetings between candidates, hiring managers, and committees.
- Manage calendar conflicts and time zone considerations for global participants.
- Monitor and maintain scheduling software and applicant tracking systems.
- Provide timely communication and updates to all stakeholders.
- Create and distribute meeting invitations with accurate documentation and links.
- Track interview status and maintain scheduling metrics.
- Support consultants with administrative tasks related to interview processes.
- Troubleshoot conflicts and propose creative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in scheduling, administration, or related roles.
- Experience with calendar management software and video conferencing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in executive search or recruiting industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Multilingual skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $55,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience).
