Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based applicants only)
- Collaboration across Admissions, Outreach, Clinical, Finance, Compliance, etc.
- NYC-area candidates expected onsite 4 days/week
What You’ll Do
- Assess Salesforce needs across the organization and deliver scalable solutions
- Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and license structure
- Customize objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation flows
- Support integrated tools (e.g., DocuSign)
- Build dashboards and reporting for data-driven decision-making
- Maintain system integrity and optimize CRM workflows
- Document system changes and process guides for users
What You Need
- 2–5 years Salesforce admin experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Experience in high-growth or high-volume environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Apex/Trigger knowledge a plus
- Additional Salesforce certs a plus
- Passion for supporting health-focused mission work
Benefits
- Expected base: $90,000 – $140,000 depending on experience and location
- Full benefits and eligible for additional incentives
