Schedule
- Location: 100% Remote (US only; must be authorized to work in the U.S.)
- Type: Full-time
- Structure: Remote-first, with tools, study time, and support for required licensing
- Licensing:
- Life & Disability license completed within first week of start
- FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 to be obtained within ~2–4 months (with company support)
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with Internal and External Wholesalers to drive and complete territory sales in life and annuity products.
- Handle inbound calls and outreach from financial advisors and their teams regarding product info, rates, illustrations, and service issues.
- Assist with product illustrations, marketing material requests, and updates on pending applications.
- Support calling campaigns for new product launches and help uncover new sales opportunities.
- Track, research, and monitor submitted business through every stage of the pipeline, keeping wholesalers and advisors updated.
- Become the “go-to” resource on the Sales Desk for product questions, rate inquiries, and illustration requests.
What You Need
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background and credit check.
- Strong interest in sales and the financial services industry, with a desire to grow into more advanced sales roles over time.
- Comfortable on the phone with frequent inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Willingness and ability to obtain required licenses (Life & Disability, SIE, Series 6, Series 63) within the stated timeframe.
- Team-oriented mindset, strong customer focus, and comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- High integrity, urgency, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
