As a Sales Support Specialist at Kimberly-Clark Professional North America (KCP NA), you’ll work directly with both the Digital Sales and Field Sales Teams. In this fast-paced role, you’ll also collaborate with other functional teams including Pricing, Customer Service, Master Data and Marketing to achieve business results.
In this role, you will:
- Update/modify pricing contracts
- Create Accounts, modify contacts, submit quality complaints, and enter work orders in Salesforce
- Order/track samples and literature
- Prepare and submit creative marketing requests
- Generate Business Intelligence reports
- Prepare contact lists for new business campaigns via Zoom Info
- Contribute to projects and activities outside of standard work to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and professional development
- Flow to work to support team priorities and team members vacations
The successful candidate will join the KCP Sales Operations Team and report to the Sales Support Specialist Team Leader.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of administrative work experience or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle functional workload and multiple priorities
- Excel in a team-environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills and comfortable participating in video calls with team and Sales
- Ability to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures, and adapt to change
- Ability and willingness to work overtime on an occasional basis to meet workload demands
- Ability to build sustainable relationships (internal)
- Strong critical thinking, proactive and problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to travel 2-3 weeks annually – domestic travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM tools)
- Experience with PowerBI (or other data insights/analytics tools)

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full package of benefits that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of $58,000-$65,000. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
