- Requires evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert qualified leads
- Build rapport and guide seniors and families through product options
- Overcome objections and recommend best-fit solutions
- Document calls using Salesforce and company systems
- Maintain high ethics, professionalism, and customer care
- Hit and exceed daily call expectations (75+ calls per shift)
- Collaborate with remote sales leadership and attend virtual coaching
What You Need
Required
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Drive to exceed sales goals
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- Call center or phone-based sales experience preferred
- Tech-savvy and able to multitask
