Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Covers multi-state territory: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee
- Domestic travel up to 75%
What You’ll Do
- Consistently exceed sales targets through strategic territory management and execution
- Launch new accounts and expand usage with existing customers, driving adoption of NavDx®
- Educate clinicians on NavDx’s clinical value, safety, and indications while resolving challenges
- Engage in consultative sales—identify customer needs, develop solutions, gain buy-in, and support implementation
- Manage territory with efficient call planning, Salesforce CRM usage, and timely follow-up
- Represent Naveris with professionalism and maintain strict compliance with regulatory standards
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 7+ years in healthcare sales, including 5+ years in start-up environments (preferred)
- 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) to oncology or surgical specialists (strongly preferred)
- Proven record of exceeding quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Experience launching new LDTs and managing large, multi-state territories
- Familiarity with capital/enterprise solution sales methodologies (Miller Heiman a plus)
- Strong clinician relationships (Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Otolaryngologists, Colorectal Surgeons)
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau for data-driven targeting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence practice change
- Must have valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
