Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our One Brand Marketing team! One Brand Marketing is an emerging leader in postcard marketing software and direct mail solutions that help thousands of businesses grow. The Sales Coordinator position is an entry level position that is responsible for providing support for the Sales and Customer Service Teams!

Qualifications

*100% Remote; Open to candidates residing anywhere within the US

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Process customer orders and payments

•   Answer incoming calls

•   Provide solutions to customer questions

•   Manage customer campaigns in conjunction with Marketing Consultants 

•   Provide administrative support; (i.e. assist with quotes, input orders, fax items, etc.) 

•   Follow through on client orders and respond promptly to customer inquiries

EXPERIENCE

•   Experience in a fast-paced customer-centric environment

•   Experience working in a team setting

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

•   Ability to make sound judgment calls and work in a multi-tasking role

•   Well organized and detail oriented

•   Outgoing and able to create trust relationships quickly

EDUCATION

•   High School Diploma or GED (Required)

•   In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered

EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE UTILIZED

•   Proficient in use of internet research techniques and Microsoft and Google (mail, document creation, spreadsheets, etc.)

•   Able to learn and become proficient quickly in software products specific to One Brand Marketing’s Sales Team (Salesforce, CRM, etc.)

Strong communication skills, verbal and written

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

•   Sedentary position, ability to sit for extended periods of time

•   Use of arms, hands and fingers, lift, push, pull, carry, dial and keyboard

•   Capable of lifting / carrying up to 25 lbs. on an occasional basis

•   Business casual professional environment. Routine use of phones, computers, scanners/photocopiers, fax machines, and filing storage

Additional Information

Hourly Compensation Rate: $18.00 – $20.50

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
