Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Vice President, Advanced Sales and Director of IFN Operations as well as staff members of the Advanced Sales Team.
- Provide a full range of support to marketing activities and events of Advanced Sales including podcasts, seminars and meetings.
- Administer, maintain and track continuing (CE) courses and materials relating to advanced sales concepts and products.
- Assist with organizing and executing on projects for the IFN Channel and Regions related to financial professional onboarding, sales support and service.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Handle travel arrangements along with preparing and submitting travel expenses.
- Manage and coordinate schedules.
- Coordinate staff meetings and department meetings, including agendas, minutes and organizing PowerPoint slides and any other needs of speakers.
- Process vendor payments and interface with key vendors for the department.
- Organize department events.
- Support the on-boarding of new employees and changes for existing team members.
- Participate in and support departmental projects.
