What You’ll Do
- Review plumbing repair requests and approve or deny estimates
- Remotely diagnose issues and troubleshoot with techs and homeowners
- Build technical knowledge content and help shape training resources
- Support claim cost decisions and protect service quality and NPS
- Mentor less experienced agents and assist with complex authorizations
What You Need
- 10+ years as an in-home plumbing technician
- Strong knowledge of part sourcing, diagnostics, repair vs. replace judgment
- Proven customer-focused service mindset
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing, high-intensity environments
