What You’ll Do
- Own revenue performance for the Closing Services team, meeting monthly closing and revenue goals
- Build and manage strategic, tactical, organizational, and financial plans for your department
- Develop and manage projections, budgets, and org structure, adjusting based on performance and market realities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Closing Advocates and support staff to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant transactions
- Build and document processes, policies, and guidelines for closing operations across all 50 US states and Canadian provinces (titling, tax, contractual, and regulatory)
- Design and implement training curriculum for the team and partner with marketing on collateral that explains and promotes closing services
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, including daily follow-up with dissatisfied customers to resolve issues and protect the brand
- Implement and manage QA processes to ensure regulatory compliance and excellent customer experience
- Identify, launch, and manage “post-sale” revenue streams through ancillary products and services
- Develop partnerships with third-party companies to enhance the ownership experience and integrate their offerings into the closing process
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings and help shape broader sales and revenue strategy
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of experience in sales or product delivery
- Proven management and team leadership experience in a revenue-focused environment
- Strong understanding of core product areas, contractual law, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead planning, design, and process improvement sessions
- Business management and entrepreneurial mindset with comfort owning a P&L or budget
- Proficiency with Google productivity tools, process mapping/design tools, and basic dev or workflow tools
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, especially around information structure, communication tactics, and consumer-facing issues
- Self-directed work style with the ability to operate autonomously while staying aligned with company goals
