What You’ll Do
- Manage revenue cycle processes end-to-end (billing, collections, denial management as assigned)
- Identify and resolve issues impacting revenue and cash flow
- Collaborate across clinical and financial teams to clear barriers and improve outcomes
- Analyze reports, metrics, and trends to enhance performance
- Ensure work aligns with revenue cycle best practices and compliance standards
- Support additional revenue cycle duties and special projects as needed
What You Need
- High School Diploma required (college degree preferred)
- 5+ years of accounts receivable and/or revenue cycle management experience
- Strong knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies within your specialty area
- Epic experience required
- Experience with payor contract negotiations and reimbursement methodologies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Team mindset with the ability to think independently and solve problems
