What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for a large portfolio of low-spend customer accounts focused on retention
- Drive awareness, adoption, and re-engagement through repeatable outreach campaigns and proactive communication
- Partner with Finance to resolve disputes, escalations, and payment issues
- Implement consistent, organized processes to keep customers active and supported
- Monitor customer health and guide accounts toward positive renewal decisions
What You Need
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related field
- Strong organizational skills for managing high-volume outreach and follow-ups
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Support, and Product
- SaaS or subscription-based business experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus
