Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- Weekend rotation required
- Applicants must reside in: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, or TX
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with urgency, empathy, and professionalism
- Retain existing customers by resolving issues and renegotiating agreements when needed
- Prevent voluntary disconnects through active listening and ownership of customer concerns
- Coordinate repricing for designated accounts and follow up to ensure resolution
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and retention goals
What You Need
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Proven call center or sales experience with a strong track record of meeting goals
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively using company-provided laptop and headset
- Willingness to complete background check and drug screening
