• Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm EST
• Weekend rotation required
• Equipment provided
• Must reside in AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, or TX
• Must have a private home workspace and reliable wired internet
• US work authorization required (no sponsorship)
What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound retention calls with urgency and compassion
• Use active listening to understand concerns and retain customers
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and renegotiate account terms when needed
• Document conversations and actions clearly
• Meet and exceed performance goals and sales targets
• Collaborate with the team to improve the member experience
• Build trust, reassure members, and protect service continuity
What You Need
• Proven call-center experience, ideally in retention or sales
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to stay composed
• Competitive mindset with a sincere customer-first approach
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Successful completion of background and drug screening
• Legally authorized to work in the US
