What You’ll Do
- Interact with clients by phone, email, and mail in a courteous, professional manner
- Manage inbound calls and assist with inquiries and requests
- Place outbound calls to arrange the return of rental equipment
- Resolve issues by clarifying, researching, and implementing solutions—or escalate if needed
- Document details of every client interaction accurately
- Handle complaints and refer them to the proper channels
- Maintain security of sensitive materials and data
- Persuade clients to reconsider cancellation and convert eligible accounts to private pay when coverage ends
- Track communication trends and recommend process improvements
- Keep detailed records and update customer files as needed
- Meet productivity and quality goals
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team
- Professional, patient-focused demeanor
- Flexibility for overtime if needed
- No prior experience required—training provided

- $17.00 per hour
