What You’ll Do
- Handle disconnection requests with empathy and provide solutions to retain customers
- Cross-sell or upsell services to increase customer lifetime value
- Accurately enter work orders, adjustments, and account notes
- Stay current with product updates and complete training modules
- Build loyalty by delivering professional, trust-based service
What You Need
- 3–6 months of related sales or call center experience (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Previous outbound or inbound telemarketing experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Outgoing personality with the ability to lead conversations and close sales
