Shift options (all listed in Eastern Time):
- Mon–Fri: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
- Mon–Fri: 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET
- Mon–Fri: 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
- Tue–Sat: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET
- Sun–Thu: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET
Overtime eligible if classified non-exempt
What You’ll Do
- Retain clients considering canceling within their first 30 days via phone, email, and online sources
- Build fast rapport and use persuasive rebuttals plus problem-solving to offer solutions that keep clients enrolled
- Explain program value clearly while maintaining care, integrity, and professionalism
- Meet company retention goals and hit KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Document client conversations clearly and accurately in Salesforce
- Follow department policies, quality standards, and any updates to procedures
- Maintain a calm, confident presence during tense calls and de-escalate effectively
What You Need
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of client retention experience
- Sales/account management experience with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong verbal and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to de-escalate vulnerable or frustrated clients while still moving toward resolution
- Comfort working in high volume, metrics-driven environments
- Strong multitasking across multiple systems and accurate documentation skills
- CRM experience preferred (Salesforce used)
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and coachability
