What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls, assisting with orders, product searches, returns, delivery updates, and inquiries
- Act as a liaison to resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally
- Provide clear communication and problem resolution in compliance with company standards
- Support Cardinal Health at-Home customers with empathy and attention to detail
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
- 2–4 years of customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
