Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)

What You’ll Do
- Process customer orders using SAP and other internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Respond to inquiries from distribution centers and internal stakeholders about order tracking, backorders, and high-priority cases
- Communicate resolutions for order delays, missing info, and product availability
- Use reporting dashboards to identify order issues and provide data insights
- Coordinate with Planners, Customer Service Reps, Marketing, and Quality/Global Trade teams for special requirements
- Handle non-routine orders such as product samples and international shipments
- Apply root cause analysis to address recurring issues and improve efficiency
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume call center or order processing role
- Remote/work-from-home experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and order placement systems
- Root cause analysis experience (preferred)
- Ability to meet daily call center metrics such as handle time, adherence, QA, and speed to answer
