Schedule
- Full-time remote role
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm PST (or as business needs dictate)
- Requires reliable, distraction-free home workspace and high-speed internet
What You’ll Do
- Process new patient orders using SAP and internal systems, reviewing for accuracy and closing orders once complete
- Manage inquiries from internal customers and distribution centers regarding order status, backorders, and priority needs
- Resolve issues with order delays, missing information, or product availability, communicating updates clearly to stakeholders
- Use dashboards and reporting tools to identify and analyze order issues
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (planners, marketing, quality, and trade teams) to ensure compliance and resolution for special or international orders
- Process product samples and trials, ensuring accurate requirements are met
What You Need
- 1–3 years of experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate internal systems and follow company procedures
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
