Schedule
Full-time, Remote
Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm ET (1-hour lunch)
Must reside in FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV
What You’ll Do
- Call potential clients using an auto-dialer
- Explain representation forms and guide clients through signing electronically via text and email
- Encourage completion of required documents
- Document call activity in system and move to next dial
- Provide patient, compassionate support to individuals in need
- Handle high call volume and maintain professionalism
- Support additional tasks as needed
What You Need
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong verbal persuasion and phone presence
- Comfortable coaching non-tech-savvy clients through e-signing
- High call-volume stamina and calm problem-solving approach
- Solid computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Quiet home workspace + wired high-speed internet (100/20 Mbps minimum)
