Schedule
- Position type: Full time, remote
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST
- Breaks: One hour unpaid lunch
- Work setting: Fully remote, must live in one of these states: FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV
Responsibilities
- Answer outbound and inbound calls using an auto dialer to reach potential clients.
- Clearly explain representation documents and the purpose of each form.
- Guide clients, step by step, through how to electronically sign documents sent by text and email.
- Document each call accurately so the system can move to the next contact.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and persuasive phone presence that encourages clients to complete their forms.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and walk non tech savvy clients through the e signature process.
- Handle a high volume of back to back calls each day while staying calm and focused.
- Work independently, manage your time, and stay productive throughout your shift.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, with a track record of persuading and closing over the phone.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak and understand both fluently.
- Persuasive, confident phone presence with a clear, professional voice.
- Strong patience and empathy when working with clients who may be stressed or confused.
- Tech savvy enough to use email, e signature tools, and explain them simply to others.
- Comfortable handling a high call volume, including hundreds of calls per day.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable, dependable attendance and the ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Remote Work From Home Requirements
- A desk, chair, and a basic professional home office setup.
- A quiet, distraction free work area.
- Personal high speed internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
- Ability to be logged into your work computer and ready to answer calls for the full scheduled shift.
- Must reside in FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV.
