- Part of Vontier’s Finance team
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to resolve past-due balances or arrange collateral surrender
- Verify and update customer account information, while educating customers on payment options and account details
- Coordinate collateral repossession and negotiate fair sale prices with distributors
- Document all customer and distributor interactions in company systems while ensuring compliance with collection laws
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
What You Need
- High school diploma (Associate’s degree preferred)
- 2–5 years of collections or repossession experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis via spreadsheets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
