Job Summary
As the Cisco Renewals Specialist, you will proactively create CCW-R quotes for Cisco maintenance renewals, revise these quotes, and assist in associated contract management and reporting activities.
Essential Duties
- Create reports approximately three months in advanced of upcoming Cisco SS/CoreCare, and legacy subscription renewals (not XaaS/annuity)
- Identify and consolidate other renewals for each customer that may fall outside the immediate renewal horizon
- Proactively create CCW-R quotes for each renewal, send to team to create customer-facing quotes
- Revise CCW-R quotes as needed (moving equipment between sites, changing service levels, adjusting coverage end dates, etc.)
- Open cases with Cisco to address coverage issues, incomplete serial numbers swaps, warning override requests, etc.
- Quote takeover renewals
- Assist with new attach quotes as needed
- Open cases with Cisco to request installed base/CSD reports, share with team as requested
- Open cases with Cisco to request termination with credit, send credit memos to Core Accounts Payable
- Join occasional client Webex meetings as needed
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience
- High School Diploma
- High level problem solving skills
- Independent decision making skills for self and others
- Job related knowledge
