Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- Collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Security, and Finance
- Salary range: $70,000–$80,000 DOE
What You’ll Do
- Own the full renewal lifecycle from outreach through contract execution
- Manage customer questions on renewal terms, pricing, and agreements
- Ensure accuracy across prorations, term adjustments, and signatures
- Apply pricing programs and consortium agreements as needed
- Complete vendor forms, manage documentation, and coordinate legal/security inputs
- Partner with Sales & CS on escalations and renewal strategy
- Deliver a trustworthy, timely, and seamless renewal experience for districts
What You Need
- 3–5 years renewals, contracts, account management, or related experience
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working cross-functionally
- Contract management and pricing familiarity; comfort with terms and structure
- Precision, organization, and ability to juggle competing deadlines
- CRM/ERP experience (HubSpot, NetSuite, Maxio)
- Clear communicator who builds trust and handles details with care
